Treat Your Thinning hair & Alopecia By Natural Means

A newly released media broadcast on UK televison as part of an expirement to cure alopecia and treat hair loss and baldness uncovered the helpful factors of using chinese herbal treatments for alopecia.

Hair AlopeciaThere are many of Chinese herbs which can be good for this issue. Traditional chinese medicine treats the root imbalances in the body that cause alopecia. When the body is brought into balance, symptoms resolve themselves and slowly and gradually disappear.

The first thing is a pattern of Liver and Renal system Deficiency. This means that the energy of the body that typically nourishes the hair follicles is poor. When herbs are utilized to nourish the Liver and Kidney, hair can begin to grow back. The second pattern is harmful heat within your body. Because of this there's an inflamation related ailment in the body that is the response to excessive acidity from a poor diet, contact with pollution or other poisons, or an infection. In the majority of those that have alopecia areata, the two of these disorders exist in combination with each other.

It is vital to relieve inflammation and acidity in the body while nourishing the soothing yin energy of your body that nourishes new hair growth.
He Shou Wu, polygonum otherwise known as Fo-ti, is a type of herb that can be good for those with alopecia areata.

This herb has been employed historically in China for graying hair and premature baldness. This is an overall tonic for the brain and the entire body, and may help the quality of hair growth on the head. It usually takes 3 to 6 months of use to observe all of the benefits of Fo-ti. The Chinese have also in the past used this herb as a longevity tonic.

Ligustrum and eclipta also are two Chinese herbs useful to nourish hair regrowth by building up the Liver and Kidney Yin energy of the body. Research carried out in China have shown that these herbs can stimulate hair regrowth in those with alopecia areata.

Chinese wolfberries are also a general body tonic that increase circulation of blood to hair follicles of the head. This herb can perform well in conjunction with the herbs listed above.

To help you remove the inflammation and acidity that will induce alopecia, mint, dandelion, and honeysuckle herbs can be utilized together.

A number of supplements that might be of benefit in combination with Chinese herbs include ascorbic acid, flaxseed oil, and nettle tea. All of these are anti-inflammatory and detoxifying for the body. Consuming black beans and black sesame seeds will also be beneficial when used alongside Chinese herbs.
