How to Grow Hair Back Over Bald Patches?
There are many reasons that are often attributed to hair loss. Some of these reasons are caused by yourself like a situation termed trichotillomania, a name given to the process of pulling one's own hair mostly because of stress and tension, resulting in bald patches. The hair however can be re-grown by simply following a few proven tips. The first of these steps is that you need to stop the very activity of pulling your hair or at least try your best to discontinue it. The simple fact is that once the pulling stops it will automatically start growing.
The growth speed of the hair is roughly around half an inch in a month and that is pretty much the highest speed known. The only thing is that having a vitamin enriched diet will help in the hair growing strong, long and healthy. There is nothing mentioned about growing quick. It has also been observed that consuming prenatal vitamins is advantageous to hair growth.
Here are some more tips for the same purpose:
1. a regular trimming or cutting of the hair helps in reducing the damage of the hair and keeping it in a neat and healthy state. There is not much in the sphere of making it grow faster.
2. Having a vitamin E rich diet like orange juice helps in preventing emergence of bald spots.
3. Daily or frequent exercise is best for your hair apart from your body and overall health.
4. Frequent brushing and combing of the hair also helps in increasing the flow of the blood to the follicles there by helping in the process.
5. Moisture is an asset to the hair and the scalp and clean hair and scalp helps in this regard. Also the head and the scalp should be well cleaned and hydrated. This prevents follicles from getting dirty.
6. Styling chemicals and tools should not be over used as they can damage the hair often beyond repair.
7. A natural shampoo and a quality conditioner will go a long way in keeping the hair healthy.
8. Once a fort night you should have your head kneaded and also the crown. This improves the flow of blood thereby reducing chances of bald spots.
9. Sleep is a huge asset and helps in the fast growth of the mane, so one should ensure a good slumber and rest each night.
10. A diet enriched in fruits, vegetables and greens provides the body with plenty of necessary nutrients which is a must for a healthy hair and body.
11. Keeping the body hydrated is of utmost importance and for this one should drink a minimum of 6-7 glasses of water each day.
12. Last but not the least, applying coconut oil to the hair and the scalps is a great idea to make it shine and grow.

Possibly ringworm......?
Hiya, Im going to call the vets and doctors tomorrow but just wanted some advice until then because im in panic mode. we re-homed our kitten 6 months ago and she was fine, a few weeks ago she started to develop bald patches on the base of her tail and we put it down to her and our 3 year old cat Zuma play fighting. Then little scabs started to appear and the bald patches got bigger so we put that down to her scratching the scabs. I heard that clumping cat litter can cause irritation to cats so we changed to wood pellets, Both cats are house cats so they have 2 litter trays, but still it hasn't helped. yesterday a friend mentioned it could be ringworm and after looking it up it looks like there is a strong possibility it could be. I have eczema on my left hand that i have had for years and now im worried it could be ring worm, Iv always treated it as eczema but after reading up on it im scared i could have contracted it from some where and given it to my baby kitten. Does anyone know if bathing her will help at all until tomorrow? is there anything i can do until i can get her in to the vets??? Thank you xxx

can someone explain my dream to me please?
i won the lottery but that wasnt the main part i had won but no one really mentioned it at all we just all knew i was really rich. the first bit was very blurry but there was lots of money being spent and then that cut out and i was in like this farm it was like a branyard had lots of fences and there was lots of people i knew in the dream but not in real life except for one boy that im actually seeing in real life and i kept trying to go talk to him but all these other people were stopping me and having conversations with me. then finally i managed to talk to him and then there was this man in a car with the boot open and a dog in the back in a cage i knew him somehow and the dog looked like a dog except for its face which looked exactly like the black dragons face from the film 'how to train your dragon' but the dog was brown. everyone was petting the dog and chatting to the man and that and i was just standing doing the same. Then someone im not sure who said something about seeing the other dog so the man got out opened the back door and there was a dog like lying down on the back seat really thin and had some bald patches then the man who asked to see it picked it up and everyone realised it was dead so im not sure if it was me or someone else asked why does he still have it and he said because he couldnt bare to see her go or something like that.
then it switched to something completely different i was driving or something like i was moving house cos i had loads of bags and furniture but i had two children, one boy one girl. so we were driving or whatever it was and then i saw the house but we were on the wrong side of the road, so it took us ages to work out how to get to the house and ended up using a zip wire. the house was on a massive hill and was on the slope and then the boy im seeing was back but he was a tortoise but a massive tortoise and had a really long neck he looked like the tortoise 'lonesome george' and then i was playing and chatting to my children and he was just plodding around eating some spinach an that and then he was still the tortoise but then also he was a man so there was two of him and we was all just having a normal conversation and i was cooking. thennn i woke up. so yeahhh please can someone explain to me also i NEVER usually dream and if i do i dont remember it at all. so this is very rare for me.
